שנת שירות הנה תוכנית התנדבותית בת שנה, בה המשתתפים חיים ומשרתים קהילות אשר נמצאות בפריפריה החברתית בישראל.  כל מסלול הנו בעל משימות חינוכיות וחברתיות התואמות את הקהילה היחודית. יחד עם בוגרי תנועת הצופים בישראל, זוכים המשתתפים בחוויה מדהימה של צמיחה אישית, השפעה משמעותית על החברה, הרחבת כישורי המנהיגות שלהם, והעמקת האהבה והקשר לארץ. תכנית זו דורשת שימוש בעברית ברמה טובה.

Shnat Sherut is a year-long volunteering program where participants live and serve the social peripheries of Israel. Every track embarks on educational and social missions relevant to the communities served. Together with Israeli Tzofim alumni, the participants gain an amazing personal growth experience of living in Israel, making a true impact on society, expanding their leadership qualities, and deepening their love and connection to the country. The program requires Hebrew fluency.
